1. Describe the tools with their size and precautions used by an Electrical. where these tools are used ?

1. Screw Driver (Smaller Size screw 

driver is called connector)

Material: Steel

Size: 10,15,20,30 cm

Uses: Used for loosening tightening or to  keep screws in position. 

Precautions: Avoid greasy or oily handle. Do mot use in place of firmer Chisel. use proper size for particular Screws. 

2. Combination Pliers

Material: Steel

Size: 15,20,25 cm

Uses: For holding, twisting or cutting wires.

Precautions: Do not cut steel wires. Do not hold any hot substance. Do not use in place of hammer.

3. Round nose Pliers or Flat Nose Pliers

Material: Steel

Size: 10 cm

Uses: For holding, twisting or joining the wires at narrow places.

Precautions: Do not cut steel substance. protect from rust.

4. Side Cutting Pliers

Material: Steel

Size: 20 cm

Uses: For cutting wire at narrow places or ordinary places. For removing insulating.

Precautions: Do not cut steel wires. protect from rust. Do not cut hot substance.

5. Electrical knife

Material: Steel Blade

Size: 10 cm

Uses: It has two blades, one for removing insulation of wire and other for cleaning the wires.

Precautions: Protect rust.Do not use it for cutting wires.

6. Electric Soldering Iron

Material: Copper Bit

Size: 25w, 40w, 65w,125w

Uses: To solder the joints of wires and winding wires.

Precautions: while using insulate yourself. Do not put hot iron on the wires.

7. Cross Peen Hammer

Martial: Steel

Size: 1/4 kg to 2 kg

Uses: Uses for fixing clip and making gitties hole in wall.

Precautions: Never use loose handled hammer. Hammer should on be greasy.

8. Ball peen Hammer

Material: Steel

Size: 1/4 kg to 2 kg

Uses: Best suited for chipping on teak wood batten and rivetting purpose in sheet metal works.

Precautions: -Do-

9. Tenon saw or Hand saw

Materiel: Steel

Size: 30.5cm, 40.5cm

Uses: Used for cutting wooden boards, blocks casings etc.

Precautions: Protect from rust. when not in use apply grease.

10. Cold Chisel

Materiel: Steel

Size: 10cm, 15cm

Uses: Used for chipping, boring and channelling in walls. 

Precautions: Should not be oily. Avoid flat heat.
